Arts Council of the Valley (ACV) announces the eighth annual artVISION: Rockingham County Public Schools Youth Art Month Show. The Smith House Galleries exhibition opens on March 1, during First Fridays of the Valley, with a 5-7 pm reception sponsored by Rockingham Educational Foundation, Inc. Visit throughout the evening to celebrate the start of Youth Art Month with great company and light refreshments! more
