Our second annual "Royals Go Downtown" event will introduce EMU students to the wonderful food establishments and other opportunities that Downtown Harrisonburg has to offer. Beginning at Magpie Diner, students will walk to Turner Pavilion for a dance party led by Mayor Reed. Along the way, they will be sampling "tastes of downtown" from Magpie, Sage Bird lemonade, Mashita, Strite’s Donuts, Jack Brown & Billy Jack's, and Shirley's Popcorn. We are also going to have members of the EMU Pep Band leading the walk with music. more
