Rocktown Hot Yoga (formerly Evolation Yoga) is a Bikram yoga studio focusing on the traditional 26 & 2 series. Bikram works by systematically exercising the body with its series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a heated room during a 90-minute class period. It is the original “hot yoga.”
