The restaurant offers a seasonally focused menu where the majority of the ingredients are sourced in the Shenandoah Valley. Executive Chef Tom French and Pastry Chef Alicia Barger have crafted a menu with items such as filet mignon, scallops, red pear carpaccio, crème brûlée, and house made ice cream and sorbet.

The Joshua Wilton offers weekly specials that allow you to sample their fine dining without breaking the bank. Plan a Date Night Tuesday and enjoy an an appetizer, entree and shared dessert for $35 per person. Or, spring for a middle of the week cocktail at Wilton Wednesdays where you can pair any beverage with an appetizer for $14.
