It’s time to roll out your yoga mat and discover the combination of physical and mental exercises that can rest your mind and strengthen your body. In partnership with The Center Yoga, a local studio in downtown Harrisonburg, our instructor will guide you through poses and exercises that focus on small, extended movements with emphasis on form, alignment, and flexibility. After the class, your registration includes 1 glass of cider in our taproom.
No experience is necessary, but please bring your own yoga mat.
Afterward, enjoy a cidermosa, cider sangria, or anything else on tap and socialize with your fellow yogis!
