Chris is a JMU professor who has been educating and entertaining students for 29 years in the classroom and now taking his comedy off campus as a regular host and performer for X2 Comedy shows! He’s performed in Harrisonburg, Rockingham, Elkton, Winchester and INSIDE a cave with Lachlan Patterson at Melrose Caverns!
Dawn took comedy classes in DC in 2016 to face her fears of doing stand up and was hired from their graduation showcase and has been booking ever since! She’s performed in LA, DC, Baltimore and all throughout Virginia. She opened for Lachlan Patterson in the first comedy shows INSIDE the cave at Melrose Caverns. She started X2 Comedy in 2018 and launched a podcast Virginia is For Laughers, a podcast about all things non-hiking in the Shenandoah Valley.
Adam is based out of Tulsa, OK and performed in the Comedy Pageant at Court Square Theater in October 2022. He’s a writer and nationally touring comedian. He won a contest to open for Mike Birbiglia on Broadway at the beginning of his standup career. He performs for colleges, churches, clubs & non-profits. Noah is a comedian and writer based in NYC. After a career of working on boats and flying helicopters for the Coast Guard, he made the natural transition to stand-up and hasn’t looked back. In a short time, he’s performed in some of the country’s best clubs including Gotham NYC, Caroline’s on Broadway, and the DC Improv, alongside comedians such as John Oliver, Nikki Glaser, and Jeff Ross.
Joey is based in Bronson, MO. Joey has performed on Last Comic Standing, Thou Shalt Laugh 5, Dry Bar Comedy, Yes TV, Comedy Channel, and was a regular on The Datenight Tour. From big stage to corporate events and comedy tours, Joey has brought his unique brand of comedy to audiences across North America for eighteen years. When he was told by doctors that he needed to find a job without any stress, he turned to what he knew best – making people laugh. His style is unique yet relatable with his on-stage antics, full-body comedy, and hilarious insights on life. Joey’s comedy has a quirky honesty and quick wit to his shows with some little old school standup mixed in with high-energy, and real-world insight. Comedy just isn’t a job for Joey, it’s saved his life and he’s passionate about bringing his brand of medicine to as many people as possible.
