Sage Bird Ciderworks and The Ridge Room present a Valentine’s cider-paired, seated dinner in the taproom. Enjoy a nice night out as Sage Bird transforms into a fine dining restaurant.
A cider reception of cheese & charcuterie opens at 5:30pm. Register before February 1 to receive a drink included with your cocktail hour.
Dinner will be served at 6:30 beginning with an appetizer course, followed by a main entree, and closes with a dessert, all carefully paired with Sage Bird ciders.
Tickets $80, includes your meal, drinks, & gratuity.
The entire dinner is Gluten-Free and has a vegetarian option in each course. After selecting your reservation seat, you will be prompted to select your menu. Tickets are reserved per seat, so groups must select seats at the same table to be seated together.
Schedule for the evening:
An Opening Reception at 5:30pm
-Welcome Aperitif included in all tickets
-Artisanal Cheese, Local and Imported Charcuterie, Seasonal accouterments, Gluten free crackers

Dinner will be served at 6:30
-Beginning with an appetizer course of Honey-Sriracha Glazed Shrimp & Roasted broccolini or Fig & Burrata Flatbread
-Followed by a main entree of Maple-Sage Roasted Pork Tenderloin or a Spaghetti Squash “Ramen” in a Mushroom-chili broth
-Closes with a dessert of Lemon Ricotta Cake & Poppyseed sherbert or an Espresso Chocolate Torte with Cappuccino ice cream or a port wine-poached pear sorbet
-All carefully paired with Sage Bird drinks
When registering, sign up for seats at a table only with your group. For example, 4-tops will become 2-tops if only a party of 2 people signup at the table.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Must cancel by Saturday 2/8 at 8pm to receive a refund.
