Third Course – Choice of Main Course – Pick 1
1) Grilled chicken breast stuffed with spinach, bacon, garlic, and gouda cheese mixture, topped with a creamy homemade gouda cream sauce and served with fresh green beans cooked with bacon.
2) Swedish meatballs cooked in a beef based mushroom sauce served over egg noodles, with a side of garlic bread. (Can be made lactose free by request)
3) Zucchini parmesan-Lightly sauteed fresh zucchini layered with a tomato-based sauce, parmesan cheese, and mozzarella layered like lasagna and a side of garlic bread. (vegetarian)
