Each brew will be judged on its mind-blowing flavor, tantalizing acidity, smooth body, delightful sweetness, and perfect balance. Are you up for the challenge? Bring your absolute best cold brew for the expert judging panel to savor and see how you measure up against the fierce competition.
Here’s the deal: Bring at least 1 quart of your finest plain cold brew. You have the freedom to use any beans you’d like, but please, no additives allowed. The buy-in for competitors is just $10, payable in cash on the day of the event. The winner takes home the entire pot, filled with cold hard cash, and of course, the glorious 2023 Cold Brew Classic Championship trophy!
