Sitting with Your Thoughts is an original one-act play tackling issues of mental health and recovery from trauma in an engaging 30-minute performance. The play is written by Harrisonburg resident Elizabeth Eby and is based on evidence from trauma and mental health research. Each performance includes opening music by a duo of local jazz musicians, the 30 minute play performance and ends with an optional talkback featuring actors, the director, and local mental health practitioners.
