Join us for locally crafted beer and food at Saint Linda Valentine’s Brothers Beer Dinner. Mama’s Kitchen has an amazing 4 course menu set with the perfect beer pairings!
The taproom will close to the general public at 4 pm and reopen to ticket holders at 5 pm with a social half hour that includes your first pint.
The beer dinner will start around 5:30 and will include…
1st Course- Starter Trio
- Mushroom chevre tart in puff pastry
- Shrimp/chorizo skewer
- Bacon sprouts with balsamic reduction
- Lemon herb aioli
2nd Course – Salad
- Roasted beet salad with feta, candied walnuts, red onion,
pomegranate vinaigrette
3rd Course – Entree
- Braised Beef
- Whipped potato
- Sautéed julienned zucchini
- Crispy onion straws
- Beer demi glace
4th Course – Dessert
- Sugared donut holes with chocolate, raspberry, salted caramel
dipping sauces
Tickets are for sale at the taproom and are LIMITED. All beer pairings are TBA. At the conclusion of the dinner, the taproom will stay open to offer bar service to patrons. Join us for a wonderful night with your loved one(s).
