CIDER RELEASE
Hewe’s Crab Pet Nat is a low-intervention cider made in the ancestral method where the final stages of fermentation are captured in the bottle. This process results in a small-bubble, pettliant carbonation level and a yeasty, creamy texture on the palate. Full-bodied and tannnic with a slight natural sweetness due to watercoring in the fruit, Hewe’s Pet Nat is balanced with a light finish and lingering dryness.
