Tasting coffee & wine can be very similar processes, and Sage Bird’s excited to present a guided tasting class where guests will be led through a series of 6 coffees, pulling tasting notes & comparing cold brews vs. hot brews of the same beans. Then they will present a small charcuterie plate inspired by and paired with Raspberry Ridge, the Chestnut Ridge & Sage Bird collaboration cider.
