Urgie’s Cheesesteaks brings a little piece of Philly to the Shenandoah Valley by serving up authentic cheesesteaks. The restaurant started out as a food truck run by two brothers, Steve and Tommy Urglavitch. The brothers, Philadelphia natives, saw an opportunity to introduce a long standing Philadelphia food staple to the Valley, and they jumped at it! more
