The Perch

The Hub is an inspiring downtown work space for professionals, entrepreneurs and innovators. Members have access to the collective talents and knowledge of others who work here, creating an organic style of collaboration and camaraderie that is invaluable to small businesses, independent workers and growing organizations. The Hub is strategically located across from the Ice House, home to incredible resources like the Small Business Development Center, JMU’s Center for Entrepreneurship, Shenandoah Valley Partnership, Shenandoah Valley Technology Council, and the Shenandoah Valley Innovation Coalition. And even though we have complimentary coffee, a communal beer fridge, and a shower so members can stay active, we love that Pale Fire Brewery, Black Sheep Coffee, Breathe Pilates and The Center Yoga are just steps away from our front door.
