    EXPIRATION POLICY: Please pay careful attention to the date on your certificate. Downtown Dollars expire one year after that date.

    PURCHASING AND PICKING UP: Pendleton Community Bank, located at 57 S. Main Street, is the new sales location for Downtown Dollars. Their lobby is open Mon-Thurs,  9am-4pm and Friday, 9am-5pm. Please place orders online for the quickest service. Please contact them at 540.214.2070 if you have any questions regarding orders or expired gift certificates or questions about your order.

    If you purchase online and selected local pick up, Downtown Dollars can be picked up through the drive-thru at Pendleton Community Bank, 57 S Main Street. Their drive thru is open 8am-5pm Mon-Fri and is closed Saturday and Sunday. Please allow up to two business days for processing before picking up your order. Additional in-person orders cannot be placed in their drive thru. Downtown Dollars make great holiday and thank you gifts! They are accepted at the following businesses:

    Downtown Dollars are gift certificates that are accepted at more than 60 downtown locations! When purchasing online, you can select the pick-up option or choose to have gift certificates mailed to you. All sales are handled by Pendleton Community Bank, located at 57 S. Main Street.

    Pendleton Community Bank’s lobby is now open for limited hours. Please place an order online for the quickest service. If you order online and select local pick-up, your order can be picked up in Pendleton’s drive thru between the following hours:

    Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm

    Lobby Hours: Monday – Thursday 9am – 4pm

    Friday: 9am – 5pm

    Please allow 24 hours for online orders to be fulfilled before pick up.
    For large bulk orders, please order online at least 2 days ahead of time. Call 540.214.2070 if you will be paying by cash or check.
