Facilitator Bio: Maria Paz G. Esguerra is the co-principal and lead consultant for Kensington Strickland Group, LLC. She has worked in the non-profit sectors and in higher education for over a decade. Her interests include evaluation, program assessment, volunteer management, and organizational development. Maria Paz holds a Ph.D. from the University of Michigan.
