In this class you will watch the step by step process of how we measure out our ingredients & make our macaron shells, as well as whip up a buttercream to fill them with! There will be opportunities to help stir, pipe them onto the trays, make a buttercream & pipe our icing into the shell.

What’s included? In addition to a tea party with endless tea, tea sandwiches & sweets, you get to take home a make it yourself kit which includes a reusable piping bag with a buttercream tip for the filling & macaron piping tip for the shell, a piping template, one gel dye & a little bag of sprinkles for the shells, a troubleshooting guide and your very own Heritage Bakery & Café recipe. You will all divvy up the macarons up and take them home to enjoy!
