Throughout Restaurant Week, restaurants will be presenting special culinary events, chef demos and workshops for guests to learn about Virginia's first culinary district.
The Valley Dish IV

The Valley Dish is a collaborative farm-to-table dinner featuring locally focused restaurants and producers in Harrisonburg, VA. At each of these events you will learn about each of the collaborators while enjoying delicious food and beverage creations made with the best local ingredients.
Shenandoah Valley Organic will host The Valley Dish IV with Food.Bar.Food, Shenandoah Growers and Red Root & Co. Food.Bar.Food specializes in global comfort food and creative cocktails. Shenandoah Growers is a family-owned herb farm that provides fresh, and certified organic herbs, which promoting innovative and sustainable farming practices. RedRoot & Co. uses high quality ingredients to craft small batch infusions, food and beverages highlighting delicious and unique flavors. These businesses, along with Shenandoah Valley Organic's organically-raised, free-range chicken, will provide an unforgettable dining experience that you can feel good about.
Seated dinner begins at 6:30, doors open at 5:30 for cocktail hour at the bar.

Join us for a fun and creative take on custom cocktails with Food.Bar.Food owner, Amanda Cannon. In this new workshop, you will receive hands-on experience and learn from Amanda's unique approach to creating her award-winning cocktail menu. Amanda finds inspiration everywhere - from seasons to ingredients and she'll teach you the fundamentals to do the same at home. Expect to leave with a thirst to mix your own flavorful cocktail creations! Participants must be at least 21 years old with a valid form of ID.
